Andrew joins the b-rayZ leadership team with nearly 30 years of experience spanning capital markets, corporate strategy, governance, and financial leadership. Notably, he has held senior executive roles within the Swiss biotech and pharma sectors, making him uniquely equipped to navigate the complexities of the rapidly evolving medical technology (MedTech) landscape.

A highly accomplished academic and professional, Andrew is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Zurich. His commitment to continuous leadership excellence has driven him to further broaden his expertise at top-tier institutions, including the Universität St.Gallen (HSG) and the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania).

Throughout his career, Andrew has proven himself to be a formidable capital-markets operator, bringing end-to-end accountability across:
