We are looking for a Sales Representative for Germany with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of medical software products to help grow German sales. In this position, you will be the first contact point with our German clients. Your contribution will play a key role in our future development.

At b-rayZ we work to save women lives through early breast cancer detection.

Our AI medical software is developed in close partnership with radiologists and breast cancer centers. We utilize AI models to support the daily work of radiologists and the radiographers in breast imaging. We are based in Zurich / Switzerland and expanding quickly across Europe.

Main Tasks

  • Define a sales strategy for the German market in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Identify customer prospects and develop customer relationships
  • Promote and present b-rayZ AI software products to prospective customers within your territory using multiple channels.
  • Maintain existing relationships and manage subscription renewals.
  • Inform and train customers in the proper use of our solutions in order to enhance customer experience and keep customer satisfaction high.
  • Assist with clinical integration and customer support.
  • Manage sales order, quotation, and contracting process.
  • Travel: approx. 30-40%

You Offer

  • Medical device software sales and marketing experience, AI-software product experience preferred.
  • Preferably clinical experience in radiology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • High level of initiative with ability to self-manage.
  • Open-minded and communicative character
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and/or demonstrable related experience
  • Fluent in German and English
