We are looking for a Sales and Customer Success Manager for the DACH region. It is a hybrid role combining proactive sales responsibilities with deep client relationship management. We are looking for someone with an existing professional network in radiology (preferably in breast imaging) in the DACH-Region and a passion for advancing AI-driven medical solutions.

Our AI medical software is developed in close partnership with radiologists and breast cancer centers. We utilize AI models to support the daily work of radiologists and the radiographers in breast imaging. We are based in Zurich and expanding quickly across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion across multiple channels (referrals, events, outreach, and marketing).
- Leverage your existing network within radiology -preferably breast imaging – in the DACH region to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive new sales and develop strong relationships with prospects, decision-makers, and clinical stakeholders.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of our AI solutions.
- Manage a full sales pipeline including lead qualification, contract negotiation, and onboarding transition.
- Act as the first and main point of contact for existing customers across all operational and technical matters.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, solution adoption, and retention.
- Conduct onboarding and training for new users of our solutions, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
- Provide support for contract renewals, expansions, and upgrades.
Your Skills
- Certified Radiographer and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Sales).
- Existing network within the radiology or breast imaging sector in the DACH-Region
- Fluent in German and English; more language skills highly preferred
- Talented negotiator with a proven ability to close deals
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Service-oriented with a passion for client success and health innovation
- Self-driven and proactive with a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational and CRM/data-tracking skills
- Openness for travelling 30%
